UBF Press is dedicated to publishing Christian literature like InterVarsity Press and Moody Publishers, which is a branch of University Bible Fellowship (UBF) church. While UBF is part of the broader body of Christ, it has its own distinct character and strengths. UBF Press focuses on publishing works that reflect these unique aspects, aiming to benefit both its church members and the wider public with a genuine interest in Christianity.
A wealth of materials, including Bible study questions, manuscripts, and video messages, are freely available on the UBF headquarters website. UBF Press complements these resources with books on a variety of topics, including daily devotionals, Bible study methods, Christian marriage, house church management, leadership development, teamwork, financial stewardship, stories of lay missionaries, and the integration of family, work, and mission, and great classics like the Chronicles of Narnia.
We encourage UBF members to become prolific writers, much like C.S. Lewis, and we are committed to working closely with them to publish their qualified materials.
UBF Press partners with Kindle Direct Publishing, our primary channel for publication and distribution. We prioritize Kindle formats over paperback editions. When a book is sold on Amazon, a portion of the sales revenue goes to UBF Press.
UBF Press does not offer royalties to contributing authors. Instead, it provides comprehensive publication services at no charge, including cover design and formatting. Additionally, based on sales performance, UBF Press may award authors with gifts or tokens of appreciation within its budget.
Four staff members are active in producing materials on this website. They are Charles Kim (President), Tony King (Daily Bread), Joshua Min (Newsletters), and Deborah Pozo (Illustrator).
Sarah Barry’s Notes are published in paperback. We are currently converting one into Kindle and plan to finalize all versions of the Daily Bread Notes. Yet, we will change priorities as necessary without further notice.
UBF Press welcomes authors who are interested in publishing with us. The list of topics provided above serves as a guide rather than a restriction. For publication policy, please refer to the information provided above. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your project further, feel free to contact the staff at ubfpress@gmail.com.
UBF Press primarily relies on sales for revenue. We encourage you to purchase and enjoy our books and Daily Breads. However, this revenue is not sufficient to support even one staff member, let alone all contributing authors. While our authors forgo royalties, we strive to provide them with a token of appreciation. We also aim to support valuable projects and maintain and upgrade our facilities, including newer computers and printers.

UBF Press created its first promotional video around 2009, at the time of its inception. While the video is dated, it remains a valuable resource for understanding the origins of UBF Press. Please click the image to enjoy the video.
We will create a video walkthrough on how to utilize this website and obtain a book and share it when it is available.
